ALLERGAN REFRESH TEARS LUBRICATING EYE DROPS 15ML ( 15ML / 15ML X3 )

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Each mL contains:
Carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC): 0.5%
With Boric Acid, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, PURITE (Stabilized Oxychloro Complex), Sodium Borate and Sodium Chloride.

DIRECTIONS:
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

WARNINGS:
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
» In case of accidental ingestion, seek profession assistance
» Consult doctor if condition worsens
» Transient blurring of vision may impair the ability to drive or operate machines. The patient should wait until their vision clear

Do not use:
» if this product changes color or becomes cloudy
» if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product
» if the packaging shows evidence of tempering

When using this product:
» Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
» Avoid contact of the tip of container with the eye
» Replace cap after each use
» Discard the vial immediately after use

Stop use and ask a doctor if:
» you feel eye pain
» changes in vision occur
» redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse

STORAGE:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Store in dry place between15°-25°C
Protect from direct light
Discard contents 30 days after opening
