ACTIVE INGREDIENTS - PURPOSE:
DUASORB water soluble polymeric system containing:
Dextran 70.01%
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) 2910 0.3%
Preservatives Free

DIRECTIONS:
» Make sure container is intact before use
» To open, completely twist off tab of the vial and set aside for re-closure. DO NOT pull off
» Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed
» To close, press tab down over the container tip and twist
» TEARS NATURALE FREE Lubricant Eye Drops may be used as needed throughout the day to relieve the symptoms of dry eye
» Discard container 12 hours after opening

WARNINGS:
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY
Do not use:
» if this product changes color or becomes cloudy
» if you are sensitive or allergic to any ingredient in this product
» TEARS NATURALE FREE Lubricant Eye Drops is not indicated for use as a cleanser or disinfectant for contact lenses. Do not soak or disinfect the lenses in TEARS NATURALE FREE Lubricant Eye Drops

When using this product:
» Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
» Replace cap after using

Stop use and ask a doctor if:
» you feel eye pain
» changes in vision occur
» redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse, persists or lasts more than 72 hours

STORAGE:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Store below 30°C
Use before the expiration date marked on the product
Discard any remaining contents 12 hours after opening. Do not save solution in an opened vial. Do not reuse.
