🍥USAGE METHOD:
1. Use the right amount of toothpaste. Just put a pea-sized amount on your toothbrush. Too much toothpaste is wasted and provides no additional cleaning benefits.
2. Apply the toothpaste evenly to all teeth surfaces, especially in areas prone to decay like molars and between teeth.
3. Brush for at least 2 minutes to give the ingredients time to work. Brushing for longer than 3 minutes can damage enamel.
4. Brush in a circular motion, covering all sides of each tooth - outside, inside, top and bottom. Reach between teeth and along the gumline.
5. Rinse with water after brushing. There is no need to use mouthwash as toothpaste already contains antimicrobial agents.
6. Brush twice daily, once in the morning and once before bed, for best results.
7. Focus on the therapeutic aspect. Make sure the toothpaste is effective at controlling bacteria in your mouth. Get regular dental checkups and cleanings.
