What does AyurSlim contains:
1. Garcinia (limits fat production)
2. Gymnema (reduces craving for sugar)
3. Guggul (reduces excess cholesterol)
4. Terminalia Chebula (detoxifies body & has bowel cleansing action)
5. Trigonella Foenum Graecum (blocks absorption of sugar)

Directions:
Take 2 capsules twice a day after meals (recommended 15 minutes after breakfast and dinner) and do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Use continuously for 4-6 months for best results, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, reduce or stop fatty and sweet food intake.

WARNINGS:
AyurSlim should be taken in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and half an hour of exercise on a daily basis.
