双层高硼硅可以直接到热水.....单层普通玻璃杯是因为比较厚，传热性不好，瞬间倒入很多开水，热胀冷缩有可能就会裂。正确使用方式：缓慢倒入少许开水，摇晃进行预热，再倒入开水即可。这是正常的物理现象，跟玻璃杯本身的质量无关
