Suitable use for steam chicken, lala, fish. Can also scoop and eat with chicken rice. Perfect match!

适合蒸煮鸡，鱼，虾，蚌类等。直接配着白切鸡吃也是一流！

Ingredients:
Bentong Ginger, Roasted Garlic, Rose Shallots, Sesame Oil, Mushroom Powder, Salt, Sugar, Palm Oil

材料：
文冬姜, 烤蒜, 小葱, 麻油, 冬菇粉, 盐, 糖, 棕油

Instruction of Use (for 2 pax) :
To steam fish
1. Prepare 600-700 g of fish (tilapia/grouper)
2. Put a few slices of ginger underneath the fish, steam for 3-4 mins and pour away the water.
3. Prepare 4-5 tablespoons of Penguin Bentong Ginger Paste dilute with 80ml of water in a bowl. Pour on to the fish and spread evenly to cover the fish.
4. Continue steam for 7-8 mins.

Tips: Can put some spring onion/ coriander on top as deco

使用方式：
蒸煮：
1. 准备600-700克的鱼（可选择金凤鱼/石斑鱼）
2. 姜切片放在鱼身底部，蒸上3-4分钟，取出焯水.
3. 准备4-5汤匙的鹅妈文冬姜蓉蒜加入80毫升的水稀释，再均匀的倒在鱼身上.
4. 继续蒸上7-8分钟.

小贴士：可撒上葱花或香菜做点缀.
