肉类腌制法：少许酱油，少许胡椒粉，麻油，鸡蛋，薯粉。

1.将腌制好的肉类外层沾上薯粉然后下入热油锅炸至熟然后起锅。
2.锅里加入少许油加入大葱角，红辣椒角，咖哩叶稍微炒香，再加入叁巴酱和少许水开大火加入炸好的肉类炒至均匀即可起锅享用。
3.螃蟹不必腌制，放入热油锅炸至熟起锅，锅里加入叁巴酱和少许水开大火加如螃蟹炒至均匀即可起锅享用。
