Recipe:
- Mochi Mix Cakoi = 1kg
- Water = 620g

How to Prepare:
1.Mix Mochi Mix with water at slow speed for 1 min.
2.Scrap bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 mins.
3.Rest dough 10mins and gently knead dough.
4.Wrap dough with oiled plastic sheet and rest it for 4 hrs.
5.Strecth dough gently into strip and cut into pieces.
6.Strecth dough pieces into desired lenght.
7.Fry at 180'c till golden brown
