Traditionally, Hungarians loves to eat sausages with bread or as an appetizer, or even using them in stews, soups, salads and etc. Hungarian sausages are now made with fresh pork and added with local ingredients and spices to suit the taste of Asian consumers. Natural casings are used to encaged the gravy and taste in each sausage. The meat is more textured and enhanced with a mild sourish taste and a tinge of spiciness. This sausage is definitely tasty and you can enjoy the taste of Mediterranean in every bite. It is best to thaw in boiling method until half cooked and fry or grill over medium-low heat until the sausage browned.

传统的匈牙利人喜欢把香肠用来配面包或开胃托盘食用，或用于炖菜，汤，炖牛肉，沙拉和其他菜肴。一般的口味都是带一点酸酸辣辣的，具有地中海的风情。
从匈牙利传统配方中加以调解比较适合马来西亚人的口味， 新鲜的猪肉制成，并且使用当地的食材和香料，天然的肠衣能把肉汁和味道锁住。 它的肉比较有质感，散发其原始风味带一点酸酸和微辣味。 这香肠绝对是一道令人愉悦的食物，每一口都能感收到那种地中海的风情。

Ingredients: Fresh Pork Meat, Water, Salt, Natural Sugar, Paprika, Spices, Wheat Flour and Natural Flavours (< 5%)
建议：最好用沸水解冻和煮到半熟，然后用中低火煎或烤，直到肠衣表面开始烧焦就能上桌。

Cooking Suggestion: Boil sausage until half cooked approximately 3 minutes, mid heat. Remove and pan fry/grill/bake with or without oil until browned. Do not cut or burst the casing as the juice may dry up in the sausage.
