Once you receive the LCD, 1st Please DRY TEST the LCD before removing any sticker from LCD OR adding glue on it.

◾ By "Dry Testing", we mean only connecting the digitizer & LCD ribbon to the motherboard, then powering up the device without putting it on the frame.

◾ Make sure all alphabets can touch/The screen no auto touch/No lagging, All working fine and you are satisfied with the quality then apply for final installation.



👎◾We do not accept reason of "Forget to test", "I thought the LCD is ok", "Before install already like this",

"Kedai tu terus pasang", "I have installed many phones before & have many experiences" and etc. It is not an excuse of not testing the LCD.



Do not install if you are not satisfied with the quality or face any problem with it.

👎◾ No warranty will be given if...

👎 Adding Glue / Removing sticker from LCD

👎 Screw Mark on LCD

👎 Scratches on LCD

👎 Physical Damaged

👎 Cracked on home button/speaker hole, LCD crack or have line, Touch screen not working / LCD not working properly after installation

👎 LCD damage from courier side, But proceed installation

👎 Flex Cable/Connector is broken



📢 Friendly Reminder

◾Recommended to installing the LCD by a professional technician

◾Please remove the battery connector before installing the part to avoid short-circuit

◾If your housing is bend, please change the housing first before proceed to replace the LCD. Else the LCD might break easily

◾Do not put too much force when installing LCD. If too much force can make LCD damage

◾LCD / Touch screen not working before installation

◾Have any damage from our side

◾LCD damage from the courier side. Please let us know within 24Hrs with video proof.



️📢 Return & Exchange Policy

🟢If you find a defect with our item, please let us know within 3days from the day that you received it.

🟢Return, Exchange, Warranty Claim Policy must return back the item in Brand new condition as you receive from us.

🟢Return item will be fully tested before an exchange or refund will be issued.

🟢If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation we will not be able to offer any refund or exchange.

🟢Both side courier cost buyer pay for warranty claim.
