Common Problem
Q: When the APP adds a device, no connectable device is found?
Answer: Please check whether the device is turned on to ensure that the Bluetooth is working.
Q: The device cannot print, what should I do?
Answer: 1. Confirm whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, and rule out the possibility of others connecting to this device
2. Check whether the thermal paper is used up, and replace the printing paper in time.
3. Check whether the print head is overheated. If it is overheated, please wait for the print head to cool down before trying to print.
4. Restart the device, if it still can't be solved, please insert the pin into the reset hole to reset.
Q: Why are all the printed pages blank with no content?
Answer: It may be caused by incorrect installation of the printing paper or paper reel, or the wrong installation of the printing paper. Please refer to the installation diagram of the printing paper to reinstall it.
Q: Why can't it stop printing without content?
Answer: It may be that the type of consumables is not selected correctly. This will happen if the APP selects gap paper and the device is directly replaced with continuous paper without shutting down. Please re-select the consumable type in the APP.
Q: Why is the printed word faded?
Answer: 1. Please check if the device is low on battery.
2. Check whether the print head and rollers are covered with carbon ink due to long printing time, please wipe them gently with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
3.
