Eco Rubber ER-300 series std. colors are fully water-based ink developed to print on 100% cotton, cotton blends, polyester and synthetic fabrics. Eco Rubber ER-300 series exhibits soft, smooth, good coverage and highly stretchable prints with the feel of the fabrics. Eco rubber series are universal formulated to suite automatic screen printing machines, manual printing machines or conventional hand printing application. Eco Rubber series can be fixed with heat process or by self-dry fixation through the addition of fixing agent Fixer-WR 3~5% at room temperature for min. 48~72 hrs in order to achieve optimum results.

In order to comply with the Environmental Friendly awareness, Eco Rubber ER-300 series has been tested and passed the stringent buyers requirement.

APPLICATION

Mesh Count:
ER 300 Std. Colors 100~120 per/sq”.
ER 302SW Super White for solid color printing or use as underbase white 100 per/sq”.

Squeegee Hardness:
Flat 65º~85º Dudometer(Squeegee hardness depends on application methods)i.e. auto machines or manual printing.

Heat Treatment:
Cotton materials possible set the flash cure temp. to the mxm. 150˚C x 30sec in order to express the production.
For full thermal fusing temp. it should be 130 º~150ºC x 3 min. & for certain heat sensitive materials such as polyester or polyester blend, it is advice to adjust to the lowest temp.
In order to avoid color migration & shrinkage problems.

Heat Tools:
Normal hair dryer, hot air gun, hot air blower, infra-red flash cure dryer.
Heatpress machine to achieve smooth surface.
Make sure the printed surface are fully dried before heatpress.

Fixation:
Possible add fixing agent Fixer WR for optimum washing fastness, it helps to lower the heat process yet maintaining washing fastness & reduce color migration & bleeding problems.
