If your printer has not been use for a long time OR the ink already dried up long ago (for example CYAN) >>>
This will happen when you put in the new ink CYAN, the printer will flush the ink to clean the print head and after it is done, your CYAN might only left half or even might become emptied depends how many time print head cleaning is perform. So please CHECK INK LEVEL OF THE NEW CARTRIDGE FIRST TO MAKE SURE IT IS FULL BEFORE YOU PUT INTO THE PRINTER (Refer Photo) as we don't want customer to blame us the ink is not full, instead the ink has been used up to clean the print head. Thank you for your understanding.
