- the reason is they only operated during WEEKDAYS not in weekends or public holiday. It should be mention earlier on the display product
2) Condition of the product
9.8/10 due to got some scratches and dirty but it not a big deal
3) Delivery was fast. Only take a day to receive the product. So, do not hesitate to buy from this shop (should buy during weekdays and not in public holiday)
4) Improve the packaging of product. Customer buy with money. It should be covered by other packaging not in terms only XES plastic cover. It because XES one of the common shoes brand and quite expensive by offline store
