Tips to repair Microwave oven

The specific maintenance method of the microwave oven lamp is on without heating:
1. It can work, but the microwave is not heated. First, measure whether the primary of the high-voltage transformer has power supply, and then determine the maintenance range based on the measurement result. If it is measured that there is no AC220V power supply at the primary of the high-voltage transformer, and the microwave oven is mechanically controlled, the timer and door switch should be checked; if the microwave oven is controlled by the computer, the door switch, the thermal relay of the computer board and the driving transistor should be checked. If it is measured that the primary of the high-voltage transformer has AC220V power supply, check the high-voltage transformer, high-voltage insurance, high-voltage diode, and protection diode. General high-voltage fuses, high-voltage diode capacitor magnetrons are the most broken

2. Microwave does not heat, noise increases or vibration is large. Focus on checking microwave systems, such as high-voltage diodes, high-voltage transformers, high-voltage capacitors, bidirectional diodes, and magnetrons.

3. Microwave heating is slow, and the firepower is significantly reduced compared with before. This fault is usually the ageing of the magnetron, and a few of them are the poor contacts of the power control selector switch or the power relay.
