Overhaul method when microwave oven’s light is on, does not heat:
1. It can run, but the microwave does not heat. First measure whether the primary of the high-voltage transformer is powered or not, and then determine the maintenance range based on the measurement results. If it is measured that there is no AC220V power supply in the primary of the high-voltage transformer, and the microwave oven is controlled mechanically, the timer and door switch should be checked; for the microwave oven controlled by computer, the door switch, computer board fire relay and driver triode should be checked. If it is measured that there is AC220V power in the primary of the high voltage transformer, check the high voltage transformer, high voltage fuse, high voltage diode, and protection diode. General high voltage fuse, high voltage diode capacitor magnetron is the most broken
 
2. The microwave is not heated, and the noise or vibration increases. Focus on inspecting the microwave system, such as high voltage diodes, high voltage transformers, high voltage capacitors, bidirectional diodes, and magnetron.
 
3. The microwave heating is slow, and the firepower is significantly reduced than before. This fault is usually aging of the magnetron, and a few are bad contacts of the power control selection switch or power relay.
