Thermomix® is a true all-rounder. Its sharp blades chop, mince and puree. However, they can sometimes be a problem when cooking sous vide. The sharp blades can quickly damage the vacuum bag or leave cuts in the food. Noodles or vegetables get tangled in the blades and make pouring and serving difficult. Thermomix® has a solution in its product line with the Wave, which can be used to cover the cutter during cooking. This solution is effective, but it takes up a lot of space. WunderCap® does not cover the rotating blades, but simply replaces them. This means not only that the food is safe from accidental cuts or damage, but also a significant gain in space in the Thermomix®.

It securely seals the bottom of the cooking container and the space that would otherwise be taken up by the cutter can now also be used. This means an additional 20% more volume when cooking. Installation is quick and easy. Simply remove the blade and replace it with WunderCap®. The Thermomix® is ready for use as usual and offers even more space for delicious sous-vide dishes and many other delicacies. This makes sous-vide cooking even more effective and even more portions can be prepared in one cooking process. The ingredients are better distributed in the usable space of the Thermomix® and are cooked with uniformity. This guarantees perfect taste and the desired consistency for all kinds of dishes.
