Question: Why doesn't the product work and does not make mist?

A: Did you take out the cotton swab and fully soak it?
Before use, you need to [take out the cotton swab] first and soak it into water to moisten it completely.
After soaking, when installing the cotton swab, you need to press the cotton swab tightly and make full contact with the atomization sheet. So that the humidifier can work normally.
