This is a multifunction cooking pot with non stick layer to control its heat as to spread evenly so that your food can taste nice. Also, as safety precautions to avoid burns . The heating process will takes some time at the beginning but well heated after that. Please be patience.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
1. Switch off and unplug the multifunction cooker after finish cooking.
2. Let it to cool down for few minutes before cleaning.
3. No special cleaning agents are required for cleaning the appliance. Use warm water with washing liquid, soft cloth or sponge to clean the product and wipe it with a dry cloth.
4. Always ensure any excess liquid is thoroughly wiped off after cleaning and any spillage is immediately wiped dry.
5. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the multifunction cooker since they can scratch the surface.
6. Never soak or immerse the multifunction cooker in water for cleaning as it may damage the multifunction cooker.
7. After cleaning it, let it to dry before keeping the appliance for storage.
