1. Does this model allow for temperature control?
This model has automatic boiling and keep warm with re-boiling function. However, you'll not be able to control the temperature to be cold or hot.

10. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
11. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
