⚡Malaysia 3 pin plug.
⚡Color packaging with protective styrofoam inside to protect the pot.
⚡Bubble foam will be used to wrap the parcel and label with Fragile sticker.

️How to clean: ️
1) Wait the hot pot to cool down to room temperature only start cleaning (very important). ️ ️
🆘🆘(all non stick coating must be cooled down to room temperature before clean to lengthen the lifespan of the
non stick coatings). Cleaning under hot surface will cause the peel off of non stick coating.🆘🆘
2) Wipe with wet cloth
3) Use sponge or green pad (Scotch) to wipe those carbonized food residue on grill pad surface.
4) Do not use steel mesh to scrub as it will damage the surface (scratch from this is not covered under warranty).
5) Do not wet the plug point or heating coil underneath.

Remark: Pot is not detachable.
To clean the pot, remove the power cord (with temperature controller knob) from the pot.
