The governor has 6 wires respectively, the black wire is the motor main line, the red and white are the capacitor secondary lines, the 2 blues are the speed regulation feedback line, and the green line is the ground line.

Note:

Instruction:

1. Turn off the power, connect according to the wiring diagram and confirm that the line connection is correct, do not arbitrarily modify it;

2. Fix the controller and adjust the speed to the lowest “0” to avoid instantaneous high current when starting the power supply, causing permanent damage;

3. Then turn on the power, adjust the speed knob to the desired position, turn off the power when not needed;

4. Connect the governor to the motor. If the torque or speed does not meet the requirements, please adjust the trimmer potentiometer on the side of the product (speed setting adjustment).

5. To change the direction of motor operation, simply replace the jumper "CCW" and "CW" on the terminal block on the back of the controller.

If COM is shorted to CW, the motor rotates clockwise;

When COM is shorted to CCW, the motor rotates counterclockwise.

(When changing direction, you must wait until the motor has completely stopped running before you can change it.)

6. The action switch only controls the motor to operate or stop, and does not use the power supply for interruption. If it is not used for a long time, please turn off the power.
