Food Story
1) Cheorwon Odae Rice
Odae Rice's geographical features of Cheorwon, a clean region acknowledged by the Korean Ministry of Environment. It has rich nutrition and flavor created by the large diurnal temperature range, clean water and fertile red clay with highly glutinous due to the dense structure of the grain. It is also rich in protein, vitamin B and minerals, which contains rice bran water and rice powder made from Cheorwon Odae rice. Rice bran is a thin layer of peel produced in the rice polishing process and has a high content of protein, vitamins and minerals. Rice bran water is different from rice extract and is filled with the nutrition of rice bran. It helps brighten and nourish the skin and enhances radiance.

2) Rice Nuruk Fermented Water™ Extract
Made by fermenting Cheorwon Odae rice with rice Nuruk; a white nuruk bacillus used when brewing alcoholic beverages helps the generated organic acid prevent contamination from various germs while accelerating the fermentation process. Liquor made with rice nuruk has an excellent sour and refreshing flavor and the use of white nuruk bacillus results in clear, transparent liquor. To earn the highly enriched rice extract, impurities are filtered and concentrate is solely extracted through the fermenting process.
