When connecting the headset for the first time, incorrect operations may cause the pairing of the headset to fail. It only causes sound to come out of one of the earphones, not both. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

1. Delete the connected 4 J3 pro headset in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone;

2. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, and turn off the power of both ears;

3. Open the cargo compartment cover and take out both ears at the same time

4. Wait 5-10 seconds

5. Turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone

6. Search for 4 J3 pro connections, if the pairing is successful, it will prompt "connected"
