YASCO sacro lumbar support is designed to help with rehabilitation following back strains, sprains and instability, as well as helping to prevent future injury. The support fastens with an elasticated four-part system that double cinches around the lumbar area which enables adjustable but extra support, preventing dislocation for maintaining correct posture. The new design is ideal for people with chronic backache due to repetitive sporting or occupational activities.


The support belt allows customisable tension to achieve the optimum anotomical fit and also provide extra compression and lumbar support. The discreet netting material in the back also offers a comfortable fit.

How to use


Always read the product information before use. 

Position bottom of support at top of buttocks. Pull the large left flap towards body and secure main fastener around waist/back. Again, tighten the main fastener by fastening the small left/right strap on top for extra support and stability. Check the support to make sure it is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted.

Store in a cool, dry place.
