AutoGen PLUS cushions car owners from the financial burden of expensive repair costs arising from car engine and transmission breakdown.


Eligibility

Kindly ensure your car meets the following conditions before purchasing according to your car brand and model: 

  1. Private Use Car (excluding commercial use car and e-hailing)

  2. Car Age (from car registration date): Up to 10 years old; and

  3. Odometer Reading: Less than 200,000 kilometres mileage


Cars are subjected to a car inspection at any of eAutoGen’s authorised partners prior to plan activation. To arrange for a mobile inspection (limited areas), please call eAutoGen’s Help Desk.

How To Activate Your AutoGen Plus Program

  1. Select and purchase AutoGen PLUS based on your car brand, model and eligibility

  2. You will receive a unique ORDER CODE  via your registered email within 72 hours to use for car inspection.  Kindly check your inbox, spam box or junk box.

  3. Visit your preferred eAutoGen’s authorised partners to get your car inspected for program activation within the validity period of ORDER CODE. 

  4. Upon successful program activation, you will receive an AutoGen PLUS program summary via your registered email.


Terms and Conditions

  • ORDER CODE is required to be presented during car inspection prior to plan activation.

  • AutoGen Plus ORDER CODE can only be used at eAutoGen’s authorised partners. To avoid disappointment, please make your appointment in advance.

  • ORDER CODE validity is within 90 days from purchase date. There is strictly no extension of the validity period. 

  • AutoGen Plus purchases are non-refundable.
