Laksa Mutiara is manufactured in Malaysia and HALAL certified by JAKIM. Laksa Mutiara is a delicious laksa of choice, it is made from high quality rice. Laksa Mutiara does not use any dyes (the original color of rice).


LAKSA MUTIARA RECIPE FOR 10 PEOPLE TO EAT


Ingredients (gravy) 10 people:

1 kg of Selayang fish

20 onion cloves

20 stalks of dried chilies

6 stalks of fire chili

1 teaspoon belacan

10 pieces of sour cream

10 cups of water

4 stalks of kesum leaves

1 kantan  - cut in half

Salt and sugar


Other ingredients

Laksa Mutiara 5 - 6 packs (Depending on each individual, if the type of food can be added a lot) 1 pack is usually for 4 - 5 peoples to eat.

5 boiled eggs - cut in half

Slices of salad, onion, hot chili and cucumber


Method:

1. Soak laksa for 1 hour, then boil until soft and drain.

2. For the gravy, boil the Selayang fish until soft and separate the contents from the bones. Use fish broth to grind fish bones and then strain.

3. Grind the fish, onion, dried chili and hot chili.

4. Cook the ground ingredients in a saucepan. Add belacan, asam keping, water, kesum leaves, kantan flowers, salt and sugar to taste. Cook until gravy thickens.

5. Serve laksa penang with ulam, boiled egg and musk lime (optional).
