In order to safeguard our users' accounts, PGMALL employs a series of checks to verify the user's identity upon any request to change their phone number.

1-New phone number had been registered in another account (You can try to login using your phone number to retrieve the account)

2-Incorrect password entered or forgot password

3-Incorrect phone number used (phone number must be Malaysia number)

To check if your phone number is registered before, click on 'Forgot' for our system to send you an OTP to change your password and allow you to access your account again.
