1) 1 packet PERENCAH MEE BANDUNG ADAMI(200gm)
2) 7 eggs
3) 200gm seafood (prawns or cuttlefish)
4) 100gm green vegetable
5) 600gm fresh mee
6) 50gm cooking oil
7) 7 cups of water (1.4 litre)
8) 6 small onions (slices)
9) 4 stalks spring onion and salt to taste
INGREDIENTS
Palm Oil, Sugar, Dray Prawn, Spices, Chillies,Black Pepper, Onions, Starch, Salt & Flavour
METHOD
1) Heat oil and fry small onions until brown
2) Add in water and PERENCAH MEE BANDUNG ADAMI and bring to boil
3) Add seafood, vegetable and eggs and cook for 10 mins
4) Then add in mee and cook for another 3 mins and add salt to taste
5) Serve hot with spring onion
6) Serving for 7 persons
