Hi, Actually hot rod leg loose is not this ko product problem. if you buy original hasbro product also have this issue, you can refer to following video

This problem can easily solve by apply some transparent fingernail polish on the ball joint and ball joint slot on the leg. after dry and install back. Guarantee become tighter.
