Preferred Sellers are exclusively selected by PGmall in recognition of their excellent sales and customer service. As a Preferred Seller, you will be identified by the "Preferred" tag shown on your shop and listings.

 - Preferred Sellers are reliable, fulfill orders promptly, and communicate transparently with customers. This ensures a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience, fostering trust and loyalty in their brand.

 - Unlock Preferred Seller benefits to further boost your credibility.


Furthermore, both your main page and product listings will feature the "Preferred" tag, further enhancing your credibility. 

 

 

 HOW TO QUALIFY AS PREFERRED SELLER?

lNon-Fulfilment Rate (NFR): This is the percentage of orders (out of the total orders) that were cancelled in the past 1 month.?

 

lLate Shipment Rate (LSR): LSR is the percentage of orders that were shipped late within the past 1 month.

 

lStore Rating: This is an average of all product ratings within the shop. A rating of 4.5 or higher indicates that the store is trustworthy.

 

lLowest Price Guaranteed: Sellers are expected to ensure that their SKU prices are the lowest or the same online shopping platforms.

 

lPreferred Sellers Requirements: Preferred Sellers are expected to maintain their active Pre-Order Listings below 5% to minimize the risk of abuse and further maintain the quality of Preferred Sellers. Any existing Preferred Sellers found to have intangible listings will have their Preferred Seller status revoked.

· The types of intangible listings offered are simply examples and are not exhaustive. PGMall is in charge of updating this list on a regular basis to determine if a product is listed as intangible.?

· Non-preferred sellers with intangible listings will not be eligible to qualify for the Preferred Seller Programme.
