Oat King Sport is a whole grains product containing oats and grain, wheat, wheat bran, wheat germ, brown rice, red rice, millet, coix seed, sesame seed, corn, red kidney bean, black turtle bean, soybean, green gram and white navy seed that originated from Australia and Europe. It contains high amount of vitamin B1, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrate, magnesium, zinc, iron, and calcium. According to the past studies, people consuming 90 g of whole grains products per day able to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20-30% (heart disease or stroke), the risk of colorectal cancer by 10-20%, the risk of type 2 diabetes by 20-40%, lower body mass index (BMI) and the risk of being overweight.
