SANCora®
ITALIA™ SEALER is a premium quality water based sealer with excellent alkali resistance, adhesion properties and
also enhance on hiding power. It is suitable for interior and exterior masonry surface such as cement, brickwork, plaster and
asbestos. It is formulated with very low VOC and free from toxic and harmful ingredients making it an environmental friendly
paint.
Usage
Recommended used as a primer sealer for previously painted surfaces as it provides excellent adhesion for
the subsequent coating on wall surfaces and protects against the effect of alkalinity and moisture from the
substrate.
Pack Size 5 litres and 18 litres.

Binder : Acrylic Polymer Emulsion

Thinner/Cleaner : Water
Application Brush/Roller For normal use, thinning is not necessary. To assist application, can be thinned 5 -
10% by volume with water.
Conventional Air
Spray : Thin 10 - 20% by volume with water and adjust to requirement.
Airless Spray :
Thinning is not required. To assist application, can be thinned 10 - 20% by volume
with water.
Surface Preparation General / New
:
Surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering
materials, dirt, grease or wax. To have better finish, rub down surface using
suitable abrasive and dust off.
Previously
Painted :
Remove all loose, defective and unstable paint film or powdery residue by brushing
thoroughly and scraping. High pressured water jet is highly recommended. Treat
area affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with appropriate fungi wash.
Repair minor defects and cracks with suitable filler.
Shelf Life 2 years at ambient temperature in unopened containers.

Safety, Health and Environmental Information
When applying paint, it is advisable to wear eye protection and suitable gloves.
In case of contact with eye, rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical advice.
Remove splashes of paint from skin by using soap or water.
Keep container tightly closed and away from food, drinks, animal feed and out of the reach of children.
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Paint must always be stored in upright position and a cool place.
Dispose off any paint waste in accordance with the appropriate Environmental Quality Regulations.
