Scientific Name：Pluchea indica (Linn.) Less.

English Name：Marsh fleabane，indian pluchea，india pluchea.

Malay Name：Beluntas，beluntas paya.

Family & Genus：Asteraceae（Compositae），Pluchea.

Pharmacology：Anti-inflammatory.

Properties：Sweet taste. Slightly warm in nature. 

Benefits：Warm stomach & resolve food accumulation，softening hardness & dissipate binds，dispelle wind & remove dampness，detoxify & relieve swelling，anti-inflammation & relieve pain.

Indications： 

·Arthralgia

·Indigestion

·Poor appetite

·Thyroid tumor

·Phlegm nodule

·Infantile malnutrition* & dyspepsia

*Infantile malnutrition is a chronic nutritional disorder of infants with emaciation and weakness.


Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

功能：暖胃去积，软坚散结，祛风除湿，解毒消肿，消炎止痛。

适用于：

·痰核

·小儿食积

·风湿骨痛

·消化不良

·食欲不振

·瘿瘤（甲状腺肿瘤）


*疳积 = 小儿慢性营养不良 + 消化不良症。


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
