The height of the pillar/pole is increased to 44cm ( Standard Pole at 31cm ). This is an extra option for buyers to select. It makes the long screen display easier to rotate. Besides that, you can also add on extra arm to place your phone / tablet, extra monitor or other devices according to your preference.

- Item not the same with originally delivered, over warranty period or expected wear and tear are not covered.

- Please send a video to proof the product is faulty, together with the order number and your name to our Whatsapp.

- Upon our feedback, send the faulty product to us at the address stated for verification. Shipment to us paid by you. 

- A replacement will be sent to you with shipment paid by us.

- Note: There is no official warranty card system. We will check through your order ID for warranty claims.
