Shimaya Konbu Dashi Karyu Vegetarian Soup Stock | 昆布日式高汤粉 (8 sachets*7g)

 

Each sachet serve for 2-3 pax depending on the personal preference. Great for vegetarians, this soup stock contains no meat, just seaweed. Use with miso paste to make miso soup, or with soy sauce and red pepper to make chige hot pot. Can also be used in soup bases for noodle dishes. Highly versatile and important in Japanese cooking.

 

Ingredients: Salt, sugars (glucose, sugar), flavor ingredients (kombu powder, kombu extract), dextrin / seasoning (amino acids, etc.)

 

塑料包装，内含七个独立包装的昆布日式高汤（海带汤）粉。这款昆布高汤粉非常适合素食者，其中不含任何肉质，仅有昆布海带。与味噌酱混合可制作昆布味噌汤，与酱油和红辣椒混合可制作韩式锅汤。这款高汤粉同样可以用于制作面条汤底。日式高汤粉非常百搭，并且在日本料理中是非常重要的存在。

 

成分：盐、糖类（葡萄糖、砂糖）、风味成分（海带粉、海带提取物）、糊精/调味料（氨基酸等）

 

How to use:

 

For a variety of many different soup based dishes:
• Miso soup/Boiling Broth: Combine 1/2 stick of dashi with 450ml of water. 
• Tsuyu for dipping noodles: Combine 1/4 stick of dashi with 150ml of water. 
• Oden soup: Combine 1/2 stick of dashi with 750ml of water.

 

可用于多种料理的调味成分：
• 味噌汤：将半袋高汤粉与450ml水混合。
• 拉面汤底：将1/4袋高汤粉与150ml水混合。
• 火锅汤底：将半袋高汤粉与750ml水混合。
