What is scraping therapy (Guasha) ?

"Sha" is a kind of toxin in human body, it is a metabolic waste. Scraping therapy, name "Gua Sha", is a Chinese traditional way to scrape the toxin out out the body. After scraping, "sha" will become red showing on the skin and fading away in a few days.

Working theory:

Massage and relax body by suction and scraping, coordinating with Chinese traditional acupoint therapy to expel toxin.

Using Guide:

Clean the gua sha head with alcohole cotton or towel, do not dip the head in to water or wash it with water.
Put the switch to "On" status
Test the head temperature with hand and start theraphy if it is warmed up (Normally, will take about 3 minutes to warm up), if the receiver can not endure the temperature, you also can cover fabric cover on the head by yourself.
Its' better use essencial oil or gua sha cream when you doing gua sha therapny.
For the gua sha theraphy, do it for every 5-7 days a time, every time will last 10-20 minutes, every position scrape about 20 times.
Drink enough water after the gua sha theraphy.
