Black turmeric (Curcuma Caesia) is a perennial herb with bluish-black rhizome and has a high economic importance owing to its medicinal properties.This herb has been widely used for medicinal purposes and its benefits are plenty without any side effects.

Having the highest concentration of curcumin than any other plant species, black turmeric (Curcurma caesia) is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herb. The root has been used as a natural ingredient in many concoctions for centuries by the indigenous people of the tropical regions of Asia.

As more people are getting used to natural therapies and traditional medicines, this plant hidden in the tropics of Asia, offers natural solutions to many ailments. 

It helps to boost immunity, lower cholesterol, clear blocked arteries, detoxify the body and improve blood circulation.

 Best taken on empty stomach


Average consumption is 1 teaspoon per day. Individual scooping technique may yield more or less than 3 grams. - Dissolve 1 tsp. of powder in a cup of hot/warm water, sieve the powder mixed water to get rid of sediments and then drink (can be mixed with honey or jaggery powder as per your choice) if can't tolerate the bitter taste. Can be made into a paste with a combination of honey / yogurt for regular skin care routine to achieve a glowing & vibrant skin
