注意事项：

1、高血压不能超过170，不能低于60，如果超出了低于了就不能贴

2、贴了之后不能吃牛肉，因为牛肉阻碍血液循环的，膏贴活血散瘀

3、开刀手术后未满三个月，不能贴冷敷贴，对伤口不好

4、意外事故造成的伤痛，效果非常好，扭伤敲伤造成的关节肿大骨裂，要先冰敷患处24小时后才能贴，

5、一贴冷敷贴贴24-48小时，最长72小时。然后隔6个小时再贴，冷敷贴撕下皮肤较为敏感建议一个小时后在洗澡

6、使用冷敷贴期间少饮酒

7、孕妇\心脏病\不能贴


饮食注意:

竹笋、韭菜、糯米、牛肉、海鲜、鹅肉、鲫鱼鲤鱼、番茄、柚子，都不能吃，

忌吃有刺激性食物，如：葱、姜、蒜、胡椒粉、咖喱，鱼虾海鲜等;

忌辛辣食物：辣椒;

忌食高脂、高糖的饮食、肥肉、炸牛排、烤羊腿、大虾、熏肉、烤肉、炸鸭、煎炸猪排等等！

Far Infrared Pain Relief Patches for aches, pains and inflammations :-

Effective treatment and pain relief for stiff neck, frozen shoulders, back pain, sprain, cervical spondylosis, rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis, sciatica, pain in bones, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar muscle strain, tennis elbow pain, knee joint pain & etc. Significantly relieves joint and muscular aches and discomfort.


Instruction:

External use only. 

- Store below 25℃, avoid direct sunlight

- Wash your hands before applying the patch.

- Clean and dry the affected area.

- Bend the patch and remove the film to expose the adhesive side.

- Peel off backing and apply medically safe adhesive side to area of intense pain.

- Apply the adhesive side directly on the skin on the affected area.

- The patch normally can last up to 48-72 hours. 

- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes or rashes.


Important:

Do not use on sore or open wounds or irritated skin.

Do not use if you are a heart pacemakers patient, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.

Consult your doctor before use if you are allergic to external applicator products.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, get medical help immediately.

If you are diabetes patient,  consult your physician/doctor before use.

Individuals under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical conditions or allergy should consult a physician before use.

Should you experience any discomfort, irritation or pain during use, stop use and consult your physician/doctor.

Best applied after shower, do not shower immediately when patch has just been removed. i.e.( after 1 hour).
