They are composed of iron oxide and strontium carbonate.Ceramic magnets are used in magnetic assemblies designed for lifting, holding, retrieving, and separating. They're made of strontium carbonate, and iron oxide. They're readily available, and less expensive than other magnets. They're made using the pressing and sintering processes, and come in different grades.
