2. 小火慢煮约2.5小时
3. 最后10分钟加入适量盐。

2. Bring it to boil, then simmer for 90 minutes.

1. Pour all soup pack ingredients, meat (if needed) and 1.5 litres of water into pot.
2. Set at low mode to cook for 2.5 hours.
3. Add some salt or sugar (for dessert soup only) as desired 10 minutes before completion.
