Cooking Method （煮法) : 每包350G可炸2KG+/- 鸡肉


1） 鸡肉可选择腌制/不腌制 （腌制比较重口味）


用炸粉覆盖鸡肉，用炸粉挤压鸡肉


Chicken can be marinated or without marinated (marinated chicken will be more flavorful)


Cover the chicken with crispy fried chicken powder by pressing it.


2） 抖去多余的粉后把鸡肉浸水3秒捞起或等待鸡肉表面变湿


Shake off the excess powder and dip the chicken in water for 3 seconds and take out or let it sit until the surface of the chicken become wet.


3） 再次放回炸粉，挤压鸡肉粘粉，然后抖掉多余的粉


Dip the chicken back to the crispy fried chicken powder again, and then shake off excess powder.


4） 待油温180度，大约7至8分钟


Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry for about 7-8 minutes until it turns golden brown.


5） 中火炸5分钟捞起，大火再炸1至3分钟。



Deep fry at medium heat for about 5 minutes and take out, then back to deep fry at high heat for about 1 to 3 minutes.
