WASHING METHOD BEFORE USING
1. Use a soft dish sponge and a neutral detergent to clean the inside.
2. Pour around 70% water of kettle size.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and simmer for 3 minutes or longer. Turn the handle upright while boiling water. The flame size DO NOT larger than the pot bottom area.
4. Once the water is cooled, throw away the water and clean again with a neutral detergent.

CAUTIONS WHILE USING
- DO NOT leave the kettle empty to heat it, it will cause the welding part to break.
- When you heat the empty kettle, cool it slowly. If you pour cold water suddenly, the spattered water might cause scalding burn.
- DO NOT use for cooking, roasting or stirring dry food, only can be used to heat water.
- Again, the flame size DO NOT larger than the pot bottom area. The body might be discoloured when it is used on a strong flame.

AFTER USING
- Avoid an abrasive for cleaning, use only soft sponge or towel.
- Dry up with a dry towel and keep the kettle in a dry place.
- In case of stainless discolouration: Boil diluted water with vinegar, after that wipe off the discoloured parts with toothpaste or stainless cleaner.

NOTE:
- Every measurement is subject to errors due to manual measurement and our senses are imperfect.
