Direction of use:

cold therapy- place hot /cold gel pack in freezer for about 2 hours for every usage. It may be left in the freezer until ready to use. Store the gel pack in a plastic bag when left in freezer

hot therapy- gel pack may be heated in microwave or place in boiling water

microwave heating- place hot/cold gel pack in microwave and heat for 600watt microwave. Microwave varies in heating, be cautious when heating. Continue to heat for 10-20 seconds interval till the desired temperature is achieve. Dry or place in wrap to apply to the affected area.

boiling water- boil 3/4L water and removed from heat, place the hot/cold gel pack in the boiled water for 5-6 minutes. Remove from the water, dry and place in wrap and apply to affected area.



Caution:

do not apply directly to skin, when desired temperature is not reach. Temperature should be check when cold or warm before usage. Recommended time for usage is about 20 minutes per usage. Cease usage if discomfort is shown. External use only.
