HOW TO USE NEOKIREX

- With your left hand, firmly grab the handle and secure NEOKIREX in place. Slowly insert the knife at a perpendicular angle (90 degree) to the grindstone. Gently pull the knife straight towards you to sharpen.
- In most cases, using the finishing grindstone (nearer to handle) alone would be sufficient. For knife in more severe and worse condition that it is difficult to cut, please sharpen 10 times with the rough grindstone and then sharpen several times with the finishing grindstone for optimum result.

CAUTIONS

- DO NOT push and pull the knife in back and forth direction.
- Please do not use the one with the blade spill in the knife as the spillage of the blade may become larger.
- Keep away from fire as this softens and deforms the materials.
- When washing, do not use polished powder as it will scratch.
