Ticket Information: 


Present this e-voucher for one-time purchase of your favourite flavour of Sofuto (soft serve ice cream) worth RM 3.90 at any FamilyMart outlets in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue and KLIA2).


Terms & Conditions:


i. Validity of each voucher for redemption in-store is stated in ticket as above

ii. Each voucher is entitled for redemption of FamilyMart fresh food category: any flavour of FamilyMart Sofuto (soft serve ice cream) only at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue and KLIA2), depending on in-store availability. Users are required to top up the amount differences for any purchase exceeding the voucher value. However, in the event where the transaction value is lower than voucher value, the price difference will not be refunded.

iii. Voucher (Bar code format) must be presented and scanned by the cashier for the redemption. Failure to do so, redemption is not allowed.

iv. Voucher is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts in-store and cannot be used together with other coupons / vouchers.

v. Voucher can be used for one-time redemption only and only one voucher is allowed per single transaction / receipt

vi. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances

vii. Any unredeemed voucher will be forfeited after the validity period and will not be refunded to user nor exchangeable for cash.

viii. FamilyMart will not entertain any claim for lost of vouchers.

ix. FamilyMart reserves the right to terminate or refuse the usage of the voucher where there is rational suspect of any abuse and/or misuse of the voucher and/or any unethical behavior in relation to FamilyMart. This includes stealing, abusive or offensive behavior, providing false information.

x. FamilyMart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
