Ini hasil daripada good habits.
 
Sikit-sikit, lama-lama terjun bukit.
Ini pula hasil daripada bad habits.
 
Perubahan 1% setiap hari sama ada ke arah yang lebih baik atau sebaliknya akan menghasilkan result yang berbeza dan semestinya memberikan impak yang berbeza.
