Each capsule contains:
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) rich oil derived
from microalgae Schizochytrium species 525 mg
Equiv. to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 210 mg
Directions
Women trying to conceive and pregnant women between 010 weeks in their pregnancy take 1 capsule daily; Pregnant women between 1036 weeks and breastfeeding mothers take 23 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Please take with meal.
