Our recipe suggestion: Kid's Pasta Salad


Ingredients: (Serve 4 )


300g Organic Kid's Pasta, 100g Cherry Tomatoes, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Onion, 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Italian Herbs, Salt & Pepper to taste, Pine Nuts.


- Cook the Organic Kid's Pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Strain and let cool.

- Wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

- In a bowl mix the tomatoes, garlic, and onions and pour in the balsamic and olive oil.

- Stir in the pasta with the herbs and spices to taste.

- toast the pine nuts in a pan without ooil and garnish on top of the salad.

- Or simply serve the Organic Kid's Pasta with tomato sauce. Enjoy !

Our recipe suggestion: Kid's Pasta with Pesto Genovese


Ingredients: (Serve 4)


300g Organic Kid's Pasta, 2 Bunch Fresh basil, 3 Tbsp Pine nuts, 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan, 3 Garlic Cloves, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to taste


- Wash and chop the basil. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. blend the basil, pine nuts, and chopped garlic and add some olive oil.

- Add the parmesan and then salt and pepper to taste.

- Cook the Organic Kid's Pasta in salted boiling water until all dente. And serve with the Pesto Genovese.

- Or simply serve the Organic Kid's Pasta with tomato sauce.

Our recipe suggestion: Kid's Pasta Vegetable Soup


Ingredients: (Serve 4)


100g Organic Kid's Pasta, 2 Carrots, 1/2 Leek, 1/4 celery, 2 tbsp Oil, 1L Vegetable Stock, 1/4 Bunch Fresh Parsley, Salt and pepper, Nutmeg


- Wah and peel the vegetables. Chop the carrots and leek into small rings, dice the celery.

- Heat the oil and roast the vegetables. Pour in the vegetable stock and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften, but have still bite. Add the Kid's Pasta and simmer for 6 more minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

- Wash and roughly chop the parsley.

- Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste and sprinkle the parsley on top of the soup to serve.

- Or simply serve the Organic Kid's Pasta with tomato sauce.
