Nadiya Granite Frying Pan With Lid (28cm) CLGDF-28 (2.4L) The cookware is made of granite coating a truly nonstick material that lets you cook lightly, healthy foods without oil or fat. Its nonstick coating is completely impermeable and the base distributed heat evenly throughout the pan so food cooks faster. This pan/pot can be use on gas, electric, induction and ceramic hobs. Features: Die cast aluminum energy saving cookware Inside and outside granite nonstick coating, easy to clean Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly with soft cloth Do not leave an empty casserole on the high heat for a long time Always use plastic, silicone or wooden utensils to prolong the life of the granite coating General and safety indications: Do not overheat the empty pan or allow all the liquid to evaporate when cooking. This should negatively affect the coating and the pan/pot nonstick properties. Do not pour cold water into the pan while it is still hot.
